Account Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced, customer-centric, and self-motivated Account Manager who excels at building and maintaining strategic relationships and enjoys playing an active role in a client’s success. This person will effectively manage client communication and client project timelines for their assigned accounts, acting as the liaison between clients and the Digitac Media team. In addition, the Account Manager will support company leaders with the implementation of client-facing processes and management of client-facing projects and initiatives.

About the Role
This is not a cold-calling, door-knocking sales role. As an Account Executive, your job is to build relationships and guide warm prospects into becoming long-term clients. You’ll be supported with warm leads from chamber events, strategic partnerships, and a network of aligned professionals. This role is ideal for someone outgoing, organized, and excited to help small businesses grow through marketing.
Your Focus
- Build and maintain relationships with local business owners and marketing contacts
- Follow up with warm leads from chamber events, local partnerships, and referrals
- Introduce and sell our core service: Review and Reputation Management
- Help clients understand how additional services like SEO, paid ads, and website design can support their growth
- Attend events and community gatherings in the DFW area to connect with potential clients
- Maintain a steady pipeline of conversations and follow-through
- Meet monthly activity and onboarding goals
What We’re Looking For
- Must be based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area
- A people person who enjoys connecting and building trust
- Comfortable talking to business owners, both in person and over the phone
- Organized and able to manage multiple warm leads and follow-ups
- Sales, customer service, or account management experience is a plus, but not required
- Interest in marketing, small business growth, or entrepreneurship
Compensation
- Base salary: $30,000 per year
- Commission: uncapped
- On-target earnings: $60,000 to $70,000 in year one
- No benefits or 401(k) included at this time
